Support Built by Therapists Who Understand
We founded Nourish at Home because we kept hearing the same thing: "We’ve tried everything, and nothing’s working."
We created this practice to be the answer to that. We’re not here to judge you or your family traditions. We’re here to offer evidence-based, realistic support that works—and to help you feel good about feeding your baby.
Mehra Veremakis MA CCC-SLP, CLC
Co-Founder & Infant Feeding Specialist
Hi, I’m Mehra, and I have been providing feeding and swallowing therapy for 17 years. Most of my career has been spent working with patients and families in the hospital, caring for infants with a wide variety of feeding needs, from the straightforward to the most complex. I take special interest in developing bottle-feeding skills regardless of the bottle type and facilitating successful breastfeeding, even for infants with feeding difficulties. I especially enjoy helping parents breastfeed their infant despite complex feeding disorders.
As a professional, I love diving into research and sharing evidence-based techniques with colleagues and new professionals. I believe feeding your baby should be a time of connection and joy, not stress. I have seen firsthand how feeding difficulties can make this challenging, and I have a deep passion for this work because feeding is so multifaceted. It is not only necessary for survival but also a wonderful, soothing, sensory experience and a time of strong social engagement. In other words, successful feedings nourish both the baby and the caregiver. My goal is to be a feeding coach who helps you support your baby in developing excellent feeding skills so that you can both truly Nourish at Home.

Dakota Hubert, MS, CCC-SLP
Co-Founder & Infant Feeding Specialist
Hi, I’m Dakota, a speech-language pathologist with specialized training in infant feeding and swallowing. I believe there is more than one right way to feed a baby. Every family comes with unique goals and challenges, and when your little one is uncomfortable or struggling to eat or sleep, it can feel overwhelming to sort through all the advice out there.
That is why I started Nourish at Home to bring expert, personalized care to families wherever they are. I am passionate about simplifying feeding, clearing up misconceptions that do not serve families well, and supporting parents in doing what works best for them. Healthcare does not have to happen only in a doctor’s office, and feeding does not have to feel complicated or stressful. I am here to help make feeding your baby feel simple, supported, and tailored to your family.
