Meet Your Feeding Team

We’re Dakota and Mehra, speech-language pathologists and NICU feeding specialists who started this practice to give families the support they deserve. After years of hearing, “We’ve tried everything, and nothing’s working,” we knew there had to be a better way.

At Nourish at Home, we offer realistic, evidence-based guidance that meets you where you are. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in clinical expertise—not trends. We help babies feed better, and help parents feel confident doing it.

Kind Words from Happy Clients

“Both of my kids had challenges with feeding. When I started seeing the same issues with my second, I knew I didn’t want to wait to get help.

I was the only one who could feed him. It took 45 minutes or more to finish a bottle, and he wasn’t gaining weight well. I was close to scheduling a tongue or lip tie procedure because I didn’t know what else to do. I felt like I had tried everything and was getting so much advice from different places that it just made things more confusing.

Working one-on-one with Mehra and Dakota completely changed things. They showed me a few small changes to try, and it made a big difference. After the first session, I saw a big improvement. After just a couple sessions, he was eating well with no issues.

He’s more comfortable, and feeding is no longer stressful for me. We didn’t need any procedures, and I honestly can’t believe how simple it ended up being.

I just wish I had this support with my first.”
